Project Brief:
Centre for Good Governance (CGG) has developed a real-time web-based Citizen-centric Event Management Software to ensure transparency, increase internal efficiency and accountability in the Commissionarate.The Events permission Module is deployed and CGG is working on other citizen-centric Applications.

The system is integrated with Aadhaar Demo Authentication or Mobile Number for authentication of users through One Time Password (OTP) for online submission of applications.
The features of the portal developed by CGG includes,

- To facilitate online Applications and approvals
- To facilitate online tracking of the application status
- To send SMS alerts to the concerned staff while processing application
- Workflow facilitates reduction of Pendency by an auto-escalation of the applications within the specified time
- To generate User Charges and intimation to applicants through SMS
